What We Accept
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong product received
- Item arrived damaged
- Product expired upon delivery
Timeline & Process
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Email: admin@42foundry.in
Our team will review your request within 72 hours. Once approved, we'll arrange complimentary pickup from your location.
After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 24 hours - or we'll ship your replacement immediately.
Important Notes
- Requests made after 5 days from delivery cannot be accommodated.
- All returns are subject to verification by our service team
- Original packaging and unused condition are required for processing
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
